The ‘Improving our Psychological Wellbeing’ therapy group is aimed at creating a space which will allow group members to talk about and reflect on their own experiences related to psychological wellbeing.

Group spaces allow people to learn from each other’s experiences, grow together and feel empowered. Themes are likely to include topics such as life transitions, grief, relationship issues, anxiety and stress. There will be 12 sessions and people will be expected to attend all group sessions except in exceptional circumstances.

These sessions will start on Friday 10 February 2023 and will take place weekly every Friday at 2pm (excluding bank/school holidays). The group will run until 26 May 2023
