Aims

The West Yorkshire AHP Clinical Fellowship aims to recognise the valuable work that our Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) do within our West Yorkshire system by supporting their development with an exciting leadership opportunity.

The fellowship will look to increase leaders within clinical settings, giving them a valuable opportunity to engage in workforce development by undertaking a number of leadership training sessions, gaining the experience of designing and leading a quality improvement project and whilst building relationships across the system within their cohort.

  • 1.5 days a month protected time to run a Quality Improvement project, gaining workforce transformation experience
  • Building relationships with other leaders within the system
