Two women talkingThe People Plan will remain a ‘live and dynamic’ plan to respond to the changing environments; national, regional and local priorities. Specific actions to be delivered will be identified as part of the ongoing work to develop the future people and organisational development of the Integrated Care Board from April 2022, which will also set out our approach to a ‘networked model’ of delivery with our partners with delivery being focussed at the level where it makes most sense and can have the biggest impact and influence, whether this is across the West Yorkshire system, within our five local places (Bradford district and Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield), our provider collaboratives, such as West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts, the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative or at organisational level.

Delivery will be overseen by the West Yorkshire People Board.
