Our primary care workforce has been essential in providing vital support throughout the COVID 19 pandemic and everyone working in primary care is part of our West Yorkshire Health Care Partnership.

The staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub team has produced this newsletter which is packed with information about how the Hub can help you and your team to manage the pressures on your mental and emotional health as we enter what could be the most demanding winter season any of us has experienced.

It contains personal experiences and reflections from people who have worked throughout the pandemic, as well as information about courses, webinars and other resources that you can tap into at a time that works for you.

The newsletter has been mailed directly to all general practices across West Yorkshire for circulation to staff and a pack of printed materials about the Hub has been sent with it. We are also making a podcast about the issues and challenges facing primary care staff as a result of the pandemic.

You can get help everyday by calling our support line on 0808 196 3833, using the online chat facility or using the self-referral process on this website to get an assessment with one of our psychologists within a week.
