In Partnership with the staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub,  The Cellar Trust is offering a series of webinars on the topic  ‘Leading Mental Wellbeing Together’.

Leading mental wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility and this webinar provides all the skills and knowledge to manage mental wellbeing.  

This two-hour interactive facilitated webinar explores the concept of mental wellbeing within the context of leadership and the ongoing response to the Covid-19 pandemic.  The course provides leaders with information and guidance on managing wellbeing in the workplace, using up-to-date research evidence and best practice. Topics covered during the session include recognising the signs of poor mental wellbeing, self-care, leading through adversity, as well as practical wellbeing tools which can be used with colleagues.

Participants will be enrolled onto their preferred course session and sent a notification e-mail.  All of the session information will be on the course page on the platform and all participants must log onto the platform at least a day before their session, in order to change their password and complete the on-line pre-course Registration Form and Questionnaire.
