The West Yorkshire Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub were pleased to record an episode of Australian podcast Wag Tails. The podcast is a series of conversations on all things trauma, healing, education and wellbeing.

In each episode, Megan Corocan, Director of the Wagtail Institute, invites a guest to share their story or to engage in a topical conversation to share best practice, new insights, and ideas to support those impacted by trauma to heal.

Dr Kerry Hinsby, Clinical Lead for the Hub, recorded the episode with Megan covering the important work of the Hub across the region - including West Yorkshire Schwartz Rounds and the Critical Incident Staff Support Pathway (CrISSP).

Kerry and Megan explore what makes the West Yorkshire Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Service unique, and why regional approaches to staff wellbeing are essential, not optional.
