We held a celebration event on 9 July 2025 in recognition of our cohort 3 fellows completing the programme. The event was attended by fellows, placement managers, line managers, people that have been involved in supporting the programme, system and leadership development team (past and present) and a few babies too. As you can see from these pictures, it was a fantastic event with such a sense of community and connection. Exactly what the fellowship is all about.

We had a wonderful panel of speakers to inspire our guests - Dr Saafi Mousa, clinical psychologist, Andrew Malcolm, community leader and John Ebo, head of human resources, workforce, equality, diversity and inclusion. The panel was chaired by Fatima Khan-Shah. And we heard some reflections from our fellows too - Sadaf Adnan, Ravi Chaudhuri and Abigail Olaleye. Thank you to Sarah Moghul from the SLD team for planning and organising the event.
